Hi Dileep,
Congratulations on making into JEE Advance.
I am sorry to say that, though the exam has not been conducted yet, it will be difficult to say anything about the cut-off, colleges, and branches. Based on the difficulty level, it changes every year.
But to answer your curiosity, based on previous years' trend, by scoring 130 marks in JEE Advance, your rank can hover between 4500 to 10000.
Therefore, for better prediction on JEE Advance rank, I will suggest you visit this link - https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-rank-predictor

All the best for your exam.
If you score 130 in JEE Advanced, your rank will be approximately 10000. So, with this rank there is less chance of getting good IITs. You may get lower branches in some New IITs. Better not to think about marks and prepare well. You need to score at least 150 to get CSE in old IITs.
Hope you understand. All the best.
