NIFT is a government institute and Amity University is a private college.

Nift is solely for the purpose of fashion design while amity university has other courses as well. Therefore NIFT s a must better institute since it has lower fees being a govt college and is more recognised. The faculty and alumni are also better since it is solely for that purpose.
