To get a Job as MRO, you can go with any kind of course in your Intermediate also you can complete your graduation with any course. But after completion of graduation you need to write APPSC or TSPSC, and writing any of the examinations (i.e APPSC or TSPSC) is based upon the 2 states from where you are from.
