I would like to inform you that both these courses, Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences are equally good. 

However, if you need to choose between the two, you must keep in mind, there study pattern, the college/University you are getting admission into, it's fees, future prospects and where do you wish to practice in future.
