Well I have read about DDIT cse ,the ratings are good for education.
Talking about LDCe it's rating is also good 4/5.
And also you should first make a clear view what branch you want it or cse.
So I suggest you to compare both the colleges with same parameters to get a clear idea.

DDIT computers science will be a better option among these two.
Consider all the factors like location, placements, facilities while taking your final stand. Consult some senior reading there if possible.
