Fee wise there is not much of a difference in both the institution as both will cost close to 3 lacs per annum. As per opinion you should prefere computer science and engineering with specialization in Artificial intelligence at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham over integrated Mtech program in Vellore institute of technology. There are mainly two reasons behind it at first you have wider options if you choose CSE with specialization in AI as the demand for Automation technology has grown anonymously in recent years, you can also get placed in core companies as the syllabus is pretty same as compared to core CSE and you can change your elective subjects.

Secondly and the main reason at Vellore Institute of technology, I have seen companies preferring normal BTech students in placement rounds due to better core knowledge. Moreover you will have to follow a strict curriculum as it is an integrated program.
