Dear Aspirant,

If you want to get 100 marks in Jee mains then there are many book which you can prefer .If you want to strengthen your fundamental and core concepts then you should prefer Arihant publication and cengage series .For practicing and problem solving you can prefer universal self scorer because this book have many problems from different state entrance exams .You should also solve previous year problems which will be very beneficial for you during exam .
