Hi, Some of the books you can refer to for CSE preparation are: (GATE)

Algorithms: Introduction to Algorithms by Rivest, Cormen, Stein, Leiserson.
Operating System: "Operating System Principles" by Galvin.
Theory of Computation: "Theory of Computation" by Ullman. Good for interview preparation as well.
Computer Networks: "Computer Networking: A top-down approach" by Kurose-Ross and "Computer Networks" by Tanenbaum.
Programming and Data Structures: By C. Coremen
Database Systems: "Database System Concepts" by Korth
Software Engineering: A Practitioner's Approach" by Pressman.

A good collection of standard books is important.
