Hello,

Let me clear this thing for you. First of all by best, what do you exactly mean. I mean what is best for you may not be best for me due to specific interests or placements or future scope. But taking a common scenario, I am going to gove you perspectives of various branches nentioned by you. The best one (again, according to trends) would be CSE(Computer science engineering) as usually the companies that come to hire students, prefer CSE students first. IT is almost the same except for few subjects that vary in your third year of B.tech. More or less, the placement scenario is almost as same as CSE. The rest all are electronics related branches. They are mainly core branches.
