Hi Dear,
according to me, you should choose TIME because everything is best is in TIME institute faculty books library everything they also provide tests and books online for your practices so i will suggest you TIME because it is better in all aspects in comparison to CL.

But i saw video quality of time is not good??

Hi. Both CL and TIME have centres all across India. TIME consists of 20-25 students in a batch while CL has 40 students in a batch. Also, the fee for TIME is less than that of CL. I would say that it totally depends on the dedication and hardwork of the students rather than the institute.

I suggest you to visit both of them, and join the one that you feel is right for you.
