Choosing a best college depends on a number of factors that one has to consider before choosing one of theri cjoice and convenience. You must first consider whether they provide the course youa re interested in or not. If they do then what kind of faculties they provide, how the environment is, how well you can adjust there, what are the hostel facilities,etc etc. All these factors affect one's learning process.
