Either of the college's are just fine. An engineering college is judged its placement stats and the companies that come to give you job. And in this regard both the insititutes are more or less same. Computer Sceince is a subject that has loads of jobs in it if you are good with your work. It has got lot of job opportuinities and both insititutes provide same kind of opportuinites. Infrastructure wise, faculty wise, placement wise both are same.

I will suggest OP Jindal has been great in terms of infrastructure, faculty, placement etc The computer Science and engineering department has always been great.
