B-Tech CSE and BCA are just the two routes to become a computer engineering the difference being the time. B-Tech is a 4 year course after which you are eligible for jobs and get placed, but to become equivalent to that you'll have to pursue MCA after BCA (3+2 years). In short B-Tech is more of a professional course.
