First of all I want to say that you must should go with your own opinion and own view I am here just providing some pros and cons of them. Actually both are medical lab technology related courses. One of them is bachelor degree and another is diploma degree.

• After completing your bmlt you can go for jobs in the role of medical lab technician, lab consultant, r and d lab technician ,or can work in hospitals clinics blood banks crime laboratories research clinic etc. Otherwise you simply can option for further studies and complete mmlt. BUT after completing dmlt you can go for a job in role of lab assistant, x-ray technician, pathology technician in various research clinic laboratories. But if you want to go for further studies you have to go for bmlt first.

Obviously the responsibilities that are assigned to any bmlt recipient is obviously higher than DMLT aspirant. Not only that also bmlt get more preferences then dmlt.
