Both courses you have mentioned .i.e. CSE with cyber security and CSE with AI and data science both are best courses . As both are one of the most demanding courses of the modern world doing any one of them is a guarantee if job . You can choose any one of them between them no need of worry . But if you go by AI and data science you can later do a crash course in cyber security . Now it depends on you. But both field are Emerging and demanding field in today's world with wide scope .
