If we talk about bsc microbiology and bsc biotechnology, then both are good in their own way and both have numerous job opportunities. Bsc. Biotechnology provides limitless medical opportunities. It is research oriented field.  Also, there is a scope of Postgraduation i.e. M.Phill. and PhD after biotech. And bsc. Microbiology provides direct jobs.
