Thapar university of engineering and technology, patiala is a private university approved by UGC and accredited with an A by NAAC and NBA. It has been given a rating of AAAA+ by careers360 which means it is outstanding.

Whereas, JUIT, solan is private university approved by UGC,PCI,AICTE and has been accredited with B+ by NAAC, NBA,AIU. It has been given a rating of AAAA by careers360 which means it is very good. For more information, visit :

Both of them are good. But thapar university has a better ranking. I would suggest you to see where your interest lies, like you prefer electronics or cs. Take the college accordingly.
