Both Institutes are Institutes of National Importance. There are various criterias in which on can choose which college he/she wants to join. Both are newly established Institute. If you go by placement stats then IIIT Kalyani has average package of around 6 Lakh with 70% students placed while IIIT Agartala doesn't have any placement records because it's first batch will graduate in 2022. For better career opportunities, I would suggest you to go for IIIT Kalyani.

If we compare IIIT Agartala and IIIT Kalyani for Btech CSE. IIIT Agartala is better college than IIIT Kalyani for Btech for CSE.
