Hey,
Your confusion is between AKG engineering college, Gaziabad and Galgotia engineering college, Greater Noida.
First of all I want to tell you that they both are affiliated from the same University, no the examination pattern, marking scheme, syllabus and attendance criteria will all be the same.
Coming to the placement, Galgotia is better as compared  to the other.
But then skills matter too.
It's just a matter of fact that they are different colleges, they both belong to same University.
