I don't think it's right to compare these two positions. Being a surgeon in itself is a big deal for one. You can opt for any among the above you have mentioned . Both of the are excellent and way hard to pursue as they require precision because you are dealing with the most complicated part of the body.

Career prospect of both is quite similar and that means excellent. After all it all depends on how good you and your hands are while operating the patients. Once your fame is reached there is no stopping you.

Go as per your interest I will suggest.
