It depends on your interest. What to choose, if you read science passionately to your 10th, go for science stream. If you love only accounts and passion to do or learn about businesses then commerce and if passion for law, art, or civil services then Arts.

Arts and engineering has several divisions with in , so , it's not appropriate to say which is better over the other .

For arts , one should choose BA ( bachelor of arts ) , BA has several divisions,like BA psychology, BA journalism, BA public administration etc.

for engineering, one should choose B.E / B.Tech ( bachelor of technology ) , engineering too has several divisions, like computer science and engineering, aeronautical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering etc.
