I have found both the Colleges placements review very low.
Both the Colleges provide placements but not upto expected.

But comparing to SRM EASHWARI College has more and good Placements when compared.

These Colleges has i.e, EASHWARI and SRM both of the placements are regarding to whole year percentage.and there are less chances of companies visiting to college if the year grades aren't good.

And the thing to tell you is, Companies even check previous year grade to check whether to offer jobs or not.
And i found EASHWARI College has good reviews on placements then SRM.

Both the Colleges mentioned are good, Easwari Engineering College, Chennai is a better option for MBA.
The college has the best placement cell. More than 40 companies visited this year. The packages are mostly decent. Marketing specialisation gets the highest package of 9 lakhs per annum. The average monthly salary is around Rs. 30,000. Regular placement training is provided.
The environment is good and green. Classrooms have projectors, and the labs are fully functional with a high-speed internet connection.
The faculty members of MBA are great and very friendly. The curriculum is well built. Classes are mostly in PPT format. Most of the faculty members have a PhD. The department has good academic performance records.
