Hello applicant,

*The basic difference between them is that MBA is a degree course where has  PGDM is a diploma course , while we talk about the job oppertunities there is not much difference between them . But now-a-days companies are preferring   PGDM over MBA  as of many  factors like communication skills, practical learning, industry specific knowledge etc.

*While the academics in  MBA get updates in 2 years or so  here has PGDM gets updated  more frequently which means that  students are getting to learn that what companies are going to need in the future .

*And  the curriculum of MBA depends more  upon   exam-oriented and  theoretical aspects, where has the  PGDM depends upon industry-oriented. So,  the PGDM makes you industry ready and gives you a proper idea about the market.

* Finally I wanna conclude that in PGDM  you will  more opportunities when compared to MBA.

Hope it helpful
