Both the examinations having their own relevance. Icar aieee UG is a country level entrance test for taking admission in UG,  PG.

On the other hand Rajasthan JET is a state level entrance test. It is conducted by maharana pratap university, Rajasthan.

Your hard work matters the most. Exams are all same. If you pass it with good score then that will surely help you to get a better job in near future. Just study well.
