Btech CSE and Btech IT are quite similar. IT is a part of Computer Science Engineering. In IT you will read about mostly Hardware specification but in C.S.E you will read both Hardware And  Software. However , If you have interest and skills in either of the field listed above you will get a good salary  and opportunity in good company like Google , Samsung , Amazon etc.
