It depends on your interest. See the syllabus of IT and CSE are almost same and thus you are going to study almost same. Btech IT will give you more exposure than bsc cs obviously but for that college matters a lot. If you want to do btech IT then do it from a reputed college or else the placements will be affected and quality education will not be there.
