Both the colleges are good , if talking about CSE branch. But NIET is comparatively a bit better than IPEC . NIET has NAAC accreditstion of A while IPEC has B++. The campus of NIET is almost twice of IPEC. The average placement package offered at NIET are also better than at IPEC. So , go for NIET.
