Both have good infrastructure and environment. Talking in terms of study, infrastructure, and faculty profile then you should prefer Tezpur university  but the only drawback is exposure rates and placements records which very important for a student to be get. Maybe this is due to the reason that this university is quite new. Now talking about assam college then it is comparatively good in terms of placements reports and exposure.
