• Both of the colleges allot 150 seats.
• The courses in both of the colleges are approved by MCI (Medical Council Of India).
• HIOMS has reference of Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun while SGRRMC has reference of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal.
• HIOMS is Constituent College and SGRRMC is Affiliated College.

Hope you are doing great. Both the Colleges are good. But since you need one by your best calibre, I would suggest you to choose the onehaving good infrastructure and exposure. I'll also give you general overview here, Himalayan institute of medical science is a better college having every thing under one roof. It's fees is also fine, as well it's rank and reviews.
