B.ed is not a course of study but its a training .Most of the persons who have undergone B.ed are now employed.M.Sc is likely that u wouldn't need to do that as chance of getting a teacher job is maximum . And after u become a teacher u can pursue M.Sc through distant ( from university like IGNOUE).

If you want to pursue a career in teaching then b.ed is a must while if you want to go for higher studies, research and all, you should go for M.Sc.
