Hello...

I am giving you full insight of all three colleges mentioned here:-

JSS mysuru is ranked higher than other two college so it should be your first choice.
Fees of JSS Mysuru is 1.8lakh whereas fees of KLE Hubli is 5.5 lakh and fees of M visvesvaraya is about 6.5 lakh for four years.
Placement wise M Visvesvaraya average package is 4.5 lpa which is little bit higher than the average package of JSS Mysuru(4.2lpa).
Overall CS in JSS Mysuru will be best choice in terms of academics.
