Bachelors in Computer application/ BCA and BSC in Computer science are more or less similar courses. If you are a commerce student then you can only opt for BCA but if you are a science student then you can either opt for BSc in Computer Science or BCA. Note that, even after you have done BCA, you cannot opt for BSc if you do no belong to science stream for classes 11th and 12th.

Therefore, whichever course you take, you can choose MBA once you finish the undergraduate degree. Also, if you opt for BSC then you can go ahead with MSC for higher studies and then choose MBA. Choice is yours.
