Hi Aparna, in my opinion, Midnapore medical college is slightly better than Sagardutta, although many candidates these days are choosing Sagardutta. Midnapore medical college is a much older college than Sagardutta and thus in my opinion, in a better condition.

I would suggest you to do a good research on what type of college you want and which college is more suitable for you and then decide.
