Yes i will suggest North Bengal Medical College is little better then Midnapore Medical College. North Bengal Medical College is much older than Midnapore medical college. So you can understand the teaching facility will be better in north bengal medical college. So you can go for it. But on the other hand both are government medical colleges so it doesn't matter much. But final choice is your's.
