Hi,
Before discussing both the exams, let us know what they are.
SNAP: It is the annual management entrance for admission to MBA programs in the Institutes affiliated with Symbiosis University.
IIFT: This admission test is a written exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade for their New Delhi and Kolkata campus.
Now that we know about the two, lets discuss about them further:
SNAP is a speed and accuracy based test whereas IIFT is an exam where difficulty level of questions is moderate to high. IIFT is decently tougher than SNAP. If you have good speed and accuracy, you can attend SNAP. If quant is your strong area but english is weak, you can attempt IIFT.

Dear.. better! in what ways you want us to answer. so if you want to compare the difficulty level and the other aspects. here is the brief explanation given. SNAP score helps you to get admission in various MBA programs of Symbiosis University. IIFT is for the Indian Institute of foreign trade which is a very good college. CMAT helps you to get admission to very few good colleges in Mumbai but a very high score is needed
So to roughly rank the above exams as per their difficulty level (starting from the easiest): MAT, IBSAT, CMAT, SNAP, NMAT, IIFT, CAT, and XAT. XAT and CAT are considered to be the toughest exam for MBA whereas NMAT, SNAP, and IIFT are comparatively easy to the former ones but more no.
hope this works for you!
