Hey,

it completely depends on the college. There is nothing like off campus is better than south campus or south campus is better. If you’d mention the college i will tell you which college is better in terms of various factors. But one cannot really compare between off campus and south campus.

Among these Dyal Singh college is the better one. It is the most popular college among these. Also the location of the college is best in delhi. It is located near khan market and has metro connectivity too. So i’d recommend you to go For Dsc.
