Coming to your query we can't say this particular branch is easy or this particular is tough to study ., It's all depends on your state of mind or within your interest.
I can say one thing if you like chemical equations, and more organic materials then you can choose chemical engineering.
If you are really interested in how Mobile work, how we can communicate with other , technology , satellite communications if you really want to know about it or you are interested in such space things you can join in ECE .
If u are interested in robotic stuff , machine learning you can choose mechatronics.

see no subject is easy if you dont study well, with out study hard you can not get a good score in any of the subjects you may takle, chemical engineering course has more of chemistry application, mathematics and some of mechanical engineering topics, where electronics and communication engineering is totally physics based and wide application of mathematics, mechatronics engineering is combination of mechanics , electronics science, robotics and mathematics.
