MBBS is always the best option other than choosing anything else . Because being a doctor with MBBS degree , have a very high scope and need . Also BDS is very common. 

But on the other hand the fees you will pay in foreign will be 10 times what you will pay in Tamil Nadu. 

So be sure of what you want to do.
