Hello Dear, Both are good for biology study for neet exam but it better if you focus more on ncert because in neet exam most of the question came from 11th and 12th ncert and in Aakash material (revise question), that will help to what kind of question come in neet exam.

For neet, No doubt NCERT will help you the best. Alternatively for better understanding and reference You can go through materials provided by ALLEN or Aakash or any other institute.
