Based on the reviews provided by students of MMMUT Gorakhpur on various websites, we can come to a conclusion that the CS Branch in MMMUT is preferable over that of IT since the faculty of the CS Branch is highly qualified and their levels of teaching are authentic. Besides, if you are someone whose looking for a Government Job afterwards, CS is recommended.

Computer Science always provides better scope and prospects than Information Technology branch, kot only at MMMUT Gorakhpur, but at any other technical institute. As far as MMMUT is concerned, CSE has good faculty and facilities, with at par placements. Companies like KPIT, TCS, NIIT Technologies,Cognizant, L&T Infotech were some of the recruiters visiting last year and there were a total of 122 offers for CSE. The median package being anywhere between 5-7 LPA.
