This answer is being written based on your previous questions because you haven't mentioned your Category. We remember one of your questions in which you mentioned that you have 60% hearing disability. A hearing disability only upto 40% is considered eligible for PWD reservation in NEET. And PWD is not a vertical reservation. It is a Horizontal reservation within your Category. Now assuming you are eligible for PWD reservation, coupled with SC reservation, you wil atleast  need 500 for a seat in a Medical College. This might change based on the State you belong to. And this is just based o previous years data and cut offs change every year. More than 40% disability, you will not be eligble for PWD reservation. But you will still be eligible for SC reservation and in such cases, you will need atleast 550. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
