For preparation of board exam you have to go through your text books thoroughly. You have to make a clear concepts on those topics. For biology try to give diagrams as much as you can. Which will carry more marks.
For neet examination you may take admission in the coaching centers written below. And you must practise lots of mcqs on each subject especially physics. You will get less than 1min 30 sec for each question in physics and chemistry.
