All of the course you have mentioned are great career options but if we have to rank them I will say

1st position will be to psychology. That is because with the changing lifestyle choices , psychology is in great demand as people face daily basis dilemma. And it's demand in India is increasing.

2. Geology. Geology as a career is great but in india as of right now it is limited but in outside countries like Europe or Africa,it is in great demand.

3. Anthropology is also great but in comparison falls short.
