Most of the students after BDS, pursue a MDS. If you want to have a career as a Specialized Dentist, you may prepare for NEET MDS Exam following by Admission in MDS Course at some of the Top Government or State Dental Colleges.

However, Dentistry has lower career scope and prospects mostly limited to Self Practice after a stage. Hence, for a more exciting career you may consider MBA/Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration and Welfare from Institute like NIHFW New Delhi, NIHER Patna or Private Universities like Manipal University.

You may even consider a Full Time or One Year MBA as the trend now with many Doctors aspiring an MBA followed by greater career scope and prospects in the Life Science Startups, Hospital, Healthcare, Operations and Management Sector.

After BDS, you may also compete for Position as a Faculty at some of the Reputed Coaching Institutions for NEET UG, or may signup as an Online Educator with Reputed Service Firms like Byjus, Vedantu, Embibe or Unacademy, and they really pay well and later you may go solo and start your own Youtube Channel.
