There is no such thing as best stream for science entrepreneurs. It depends solely on your idea and how you want to progress with it. If your idea is already conceived in your mind and it is more about business and less about technology then go for BBA MBA.

On the other hand if you are interested in technical start-ups then go for Btech MTech from the branch your are interested to do your startup in.

Like if you're planning a website then go for computer science.
