All the colleges providing MBBS outside India recognised by MCI have a lesser standard of education, leave alone whatever they claim. The best private college you can choose is Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. The infrastructure, faculty and teaching is comparable to best in the country and better than many govt institutions.

It may however not come as cheap and easy as 30 lakhs until you get a scholarship out there. Even the NEET cutoffs are not low so you need to be pretty good for studying there(around 470 marks)

The cost of the fees in india has risen considerablly since the past 2 years.

However, comedk colleges of karnataka have still a less fees around 6 to 7 lakh per year.

The rest of the country have a fees of 12 to 13 lakh per year .
