There are various options available after 2nd PUC science stream depending upon the subject combinations you have, however it's dependent on your areas of interest, aptitude, skills and moreover career goals, in terms of the kind of job profiles you're looking at,

If you have PCM Stream and you're interested in technical field, you can go for Engineering/ Architecture course, or you can go for BCA or BSc Hons in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, IT, Chemistry. AILET/CLAT/LSAT/CUET to name a few for integrated law program.
