Hi dear,
Last year cut off for general candidates in Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, and College of Nursing, Pune
Was 592 under state quota  and under AIQ was 596.
Similarly cutoff for other government Medical colleges in Mumbai is more than 510.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at  government colleges of Pune or Mumbai. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
At score 510 you can definitely get a seat at other government Medical colleges of Maharashtra like solapur, dhule or latur.
