You have not mentioned your category anywhere but I guess it's general (since your category merit rank is way too high and it's generally tha case with general candidates).
Being a general candidate you can participate in the councelling process only on the basis of your all india rank I.e.common merit rank.
You can get the following nift centres based on your rank.
