1st of all, congratulations for your rank.
For computer science, you have high chances in getting these NITs
NIT SILCHAR, ASSAM
NIT PUDUCHERRY, TAMILNADU
NIT PATNA ,BIHAR
NIT UTTHARAKAND.
All these colleges are based on last year's 7th round cutoffs.

But, You have less chances for the departments like computer science ,electronics and communication engineering in the top national institute of technology.
Wheras you can get lower NIT's like

National institute technology warangal
national institute technology surathkal
national institute knology rourkela

You will be getting good branches in new NITs like NIT AGARTALA, NIT MIZORAM, NIT SILCHAR, NIT MANIPUR or you can opt for lower branches at NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Rourkela, NIT Kurukshetra or top branches at NIT AGARTALA, NIT MIZORAM, NIT SILCHAR ,etc.
